Tenball Privacy Policy

Tenball: Golf Swing Coach ("Tenball", "the app") is made by S.Z. Code Axol Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your answers, your sessions and your swing videos stay on your iPhone. We count how the app is used, without your name or your answers, and we see the messages you choose to send us.

What stays on your iPhone

• Your first name and your answers to the setup questions (your miss, clubs, score, practice habits, goal, anything that limits your swing, your start and target).
• Your range sessions: the 10 balls you log each time and how the drill felt.
• Your swing videos. They are stored in the app's own folder, are not uploaded anywhere, and are not included in iCloud backups.

They are deleted when you use "Delete my data" in the app or delete the app. The app doesn't need an account.

Analytics and crash reports

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to count how people move through the app (for example: setup steps reached, the paywall shown, a trial started, a range session logged). These events contain option IDs such as "slice" or "range", never your name, free text you type, anything that limits your swing, or your videos. The app does not use your device's advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to receive crash and error reports (device model, iOS version, what the app was doing). See Google's privacy policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history and basic device information needed to validate purchases. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Messages to the coach team

If you open "Talk to the coach team" and send a message, it is delivered through DevReply, our own support chat service. We receive what you write, any photo or file you attach, the name and email you choose to give, and context that helps us answer: device details (model, iOS version, app version) and a device identifier, your miss, your current fix, where you practise, whether your membership is active and your anonymous RevenueCat ID. Never your videos or anything that limits your swing. If you allow notifications, your device's push token is stored so we can tell you when we reply.

Notifications

Reminders (your next range session, the day before your free trial ends, a 4-week check-in) are scheduled on your iPhone. Replies from the coach team arrive as push notifications if you allowed notifications.

Camera, microphone and photos

The camera and microphone are used only when you film your swing. If you choose a video from Photos, only that video is copied into the app. Nothing is uploaded.

Children

Tenball is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

• Delete the data on your iPhone: in the app, You → Delete my data, or delete the app.
• Turn off notifications or camera access in iOS Settings.
• Delete your messages to the coach team: in the app, You → Delete my data (it also deletes them from our support system), or email us.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Not medical advice

Tenball suggests golf drills. If a drill hurts, stop and see a professional.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
