Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tenball → Cancel. Or in the app: You → Membership.

I changed phones. How do I get my subscription back? Install Tenball and tap Restore on the first screen or the plans screen. Your sessions and videos are stored on your old iPhone.

I'm left-handed. In the app: You → Swing → Left. Every left and right in the drills and the log flips.

A drill hurts. Stop the drill and tell the coach team what hurt. We'll suggest a gentler version.
